An evening with Leif Mannerström & Hans Josefsson

With his good food and strong personality, star chef Leif Mannerström has become one of Sweden's most popular people. The awards have showered him and in addition to a star in Guide Michelin, he has a tram in Gothenburg named after him.

He is constantly on the move despite his 83 years and he is generous with both his person and his good food. On May 18, Whitsunday, he and his best friend, the opera singer Hans Josefsson, come to Rydals Herrgård. Hans Josefssson has a social competence that is unsurpassed, we all know him as Ernst Rolf and he has had the world's opera stages as his workplace.
It will be an evening to look forward to, an evening filled with warmth, laughter and stories from both the world of opera and the art of food.
